Traces of orientation

Sensing: sensing the weight from which energy flows, generating every movement, and giving rise to suspensions, falls, rises, slides… breathing, together with the perception of the heartbeat, is the starting point of every act and movement. The act of listening to oneself — free from thoughts — leads to an organic presence. From this state, play can begin, and while respecting its rules, it allows intuition and the unconscious to create.

Guiding: once a score of movements is acquired within a context (space, music, place, circumstance, relationships…), the work of deepening begins — exploring different possibilities and variations. Like a solar system with infinite configurations, one is surprised, one investigates, disrupts, remains within rules that can nonetheless shift — until the invisible surfaces… perhaps.
